PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Please see our Terms of Service for details on how Shopify handle your data and protect your privacy.

Payments are taken in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

PRICES & VAT

We are not currently registered for VAT in the UK.

SHIPPING

We use a professional printing studio to fulfil all of our art print orders, with a global network which includes (but is not limited to) the United Kindom, United States, The European Union and Australia. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days although occasionally may take slightly longer in which case we will notify you.

We offer a global free shipping service and although this eliminates nearly all customs charges, in some instances international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.

For all UK orders products are shipped using Royal Mail tracked. International orders are shipped using a local tracked delivery service depending on location. Tracking infomation will be provided once on order has been shipped.

All of our giclee fine art prints are packaged in protective tissue paper, hand rolled and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes to ensure that the artwork reaches you in top condition.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you have any concerns, for whatever reason please get in touch at hello[at]tracieandrews.com within 30 days of dispatch of your order so we can resolve any issues.

In the event of your order arriving damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so we can take you through the necessary steps, whether that be a replacement or refund.

Please note that sale items can not be returned our refunded.
